Identity and contact information, city, education, professional experience, position preference, CV content and any information you voluntarily include in uploaded documents may be processed. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in your CV.

Data is used to receive and assess applications, communicate with candidates, plan interviews, evaluate suitability for open roles, manage the talent pool and protect legal rights related to recruitment.

Applications are available only to authorized HR and relevant hiring managers through a protected administrative session. Where necessary, limited data may be disclosed to contracted infrastructure providers and competent authorities subject to legal and confidentiality requirements.

Data is collected directly from the candidate through the secure form and CV upload. Processing may rely on requested pre-contractual steps, establishment or protection of a right and legitimate interests; explicit consent is obtained separately where a specific activity requires it.

Unsuccessful applications may be retained in the talent pool for up to two years from submission unless a longer statutory period applies or a valid request requires earlier deletion. Records are then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable rules.

Candidates may exercise the rights described in KVKK Article 11 by contacting info@eforemys.com.tr. Requests must identify the applicant and the relevant recruitment activity.
