Depending on the channel you use, we may process the following limited categories:

• Identity information such as name and surname
• Contact information such as phone number and email address
• Request and transaction information such as organization, selected service, message and preferred callback time
• Technical and security information such as session, IP and access logs required to protect forms and systems
• Candidate information submitted through the career portal, including CV and professional experience

Personal data is processed only for defined and legitimate purposes relevant to the interaction:

• Responding to contact, proposal and callback requests
• Assessing service and solution requirements
• Managing information security, abuse prevention and system continuity
• Carrying out recruitment and candidate evaluation activities
• Fulfilling legal obligations and establishing, exercising or protecting rights

Data may be shared, only to the extent required, with authorized EFOR EMYS teams, contracted hosting/infrastructure and information-security providers subject to confidentiality obligations, and competent public authorities where legally required. Data is not sold.

Data is collected electronically through website forms, email, secure career uploads, telephone communication and related system logs. Depending on the specific activity, processing may rely on KVKK Article 5/2 grounds including steps requested before entering into a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not prejudice fundamental rights. Explicit consent is used separately where legally required.

Records are retained only for the period required by the processing purpose, applicable limitation periods and corporate retention/destruction rules. Access is role-based; candidate files are kept outside public web access; technical and administrative safeguards are applied against unauthorized access, alteration and loss.

Subject to KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis, and request compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
